Embodied Dignity - Men's Winter Solstice Drumming & Movement Ritual

Let us come together, in a circle of brotherhood and support, to let go of our limitations and embody our true nature and essence - the qualities of dignity, vitality, joy and playfulness.
In this workshop, we will move through experiential processes to let go, express, create, connect and feel our true selves in a safe and supportive environment of brotherhood.
You are invited to join in a co-creative and healing ritual using embodiment techniques, movement and drumming to honour and align yourself with the energy of the Winter Solstice.

Ben Sheinwald
Ben works as a Biodynamic therapist, Biodynamic massage therapist, and psychedelic therapist and has been leading groups for the last 8 years, creating his own approach to men’s work with an emphasis on the movement towards the “Primary Personality” or true nature. He is always excited to co-create group spaces with others and enjoys the richness of collaboration.
Richard Parker
Richard has over 19 years of experience in group facilitation with embodiment work, drumming & community ritual and has also been involved in Men's work for over 9 years.
Richard will bring a selection of West African Drums for all to play, please feel free to bring any drums or percussions of your own.
